Individual aid agencies

When we work with individual agencies we use the Constituent Voice™ methodology, which was developed by Keystone Accountability and adapted by Ground Truth Solutions to the humanitarian space. This emphasises the importance of continuous tracking of peoples' perceptions but does not consider the stream of feedback as an end in itself. Rather, it is the basis for dialogue with the communities that are the focus of humanitarian action, probing what lies behind the headline survey findings and identifying solutions with the affected people themselves.

Community engagement in the South Pacific
