Supporting the integration of refugees and asylum seekers in the Balkans

As part of the Action of Red Cross on Integration of Relocated and Resettled Persons (ARCI) project, Ground Truth Solutions provided support to the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the Croatian Red Cross (CRC) and the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC). The objective of ARCI is to facilitate the integration of refugees and asylum seekers by providing tailored accessible information, skills and language training, support in accessing education and employment, and engaging with host communities to foster social cohesion, as well as sensitisation and training for service providers and authorities.

Given this focus on communication, information, and relationship building, Ground Truth Solutions has provided capacity development trainings to support the National Societies to proactively solicit feedback from refugees and asylum seekers with the aim of improving service provision.
