Isabella Leyh

Programme Manager

Isabella’s primary focus lies in supporting humanitarian actors to design, implement and improve their accountability and feedback systems. She also has experience in tracking the perceptions of crisis-affected people at the response-wide level and working with a range of humanitarian organisations and coordination bodies to ensure that feedback data is discussed and acted upon. Isabella has helped launch and publicise the Humanitarian Voice Index, making aggregated feedback data available on a global scale. 

Isabella holds a bachelor's in international business from Maastricht University, a bachelor's in politics and modern history from the University of Manchester, and a master's in international development and humanitarian emergencies from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
