Pierrot Allayam Ndikinan provides support on the design and implementation of feedback mechanisms, as well as contributing to data analysis, advocacy efforts and communication in Chad.

Before joining Ground Truth, Pierrot gained 12 years of experience working on humanitarian and community development projects geared toward improving the resilience of households. Pierrot's contributions cover various national food security and nutrition assessments, as well as household-level economic analysis and market research.

As an anthropologist by training, Pierrot specialised in Monitoring and Evaluation and holds a Master's degree in anthropology of development from the University of Lomé, Togo.
