Léonce Zatao
Consultant (Central Africa)
Léonce joined the team as a consultant for Ground Truth Solutions’ projects in the Central African Republic. He supports our in-country data collection, as well as championing efforts to close the loop through communicating with communities.
He previously worked in the humanitarian sector as database manager with COOPI, DRC (Danish Refugees Council) and IOM’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM). Léonce has extensive experience in data management, protection activities and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). He also worked as the Assessment Manager for DRC and Supervisor for DTM/IOM. Léonce is based in Bangui, Central African Republic.
