Programme Analyst

Elise focuses on Ground Truth Solutions' projects in Burkina Faso and Chad. For these projects, she leads on the data collection and analysis of perception data, while also integrating capacity building components into the project to ensure that GTS helps build humanitarian staff's skills to systematically collect, analyse, and respond to affected people's needs and opinions.

Prior to joining GTS, Elise founded and continues to lead Conversations Unbound, an international non-profit that empowers displaced communities as online language tutors. She has also worked for the Refugee Investment Network, researched refugee integration schemes as a Ford Scholar in Berlin and volunteered at a refugee camp in Greece with ECHO100 Plus. As a Program Assistant with Equal Access International, Elise supported their countering violent extremism projects in Chad, Niger, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria, Kenya, and the Philippines.

Elise holds a bachelor's from Vassar College with a double major in International Studies and French/Francophone Studies.
